With your top 3 session choices

There will be 6 one-hour IFGIC presentation sessions at the Global Innovation Field Trip (GIFT) with 5 presentations given during each of the one hour sessions.

As a finalist, you should have received a finalist sign-up email. Please sign up before 14 October 2025. You will be notified of your assigned presentation session time by 16 October 2025.

Join Zoom Practice Session

Please print Practice Checklist, and attend at least one of the practice sessions.

There will be three sessions where you can practice your Zoom skills, such as connecting, renaming, muting, sharing, chatting, etc. and making sure your presentation environment is OK.

You do NOT have to register for practice session – just show up.

Step 4

Join Round 2 Live Presentation Session

Please join Round 2 live presentation at your assigned time slot. There are 6 GIFT – IFGIC presentation sessions in total, each of which is 1 hour long and has five finalists and at least two international judges.

Please join at least 10 minutes earlier.
